What do you advise not to bring?

We advise to come with as little jewelry / expensive clothing pieces as possible, the shoes are placed in an unguarded rack where everyone can reach.
We advise you not to bring jewelry and the like as you can only get stuck behind things or that you lose them during the activity.
We also advise you not to wear football club bound items to Blow Up Indoor, this to ensure the safety of all visitors.

Can I buy a ticket on the spot?

No, unfortunately. Without a booked reservation (time lock) we cannot give you access to Europe's largest indoor obstacle course.

Can I pay in cash?

At Blow Up Indoor you can only pin.

What time should I be there?

We would like to welcome you at least 30 minutes before the start of the activity at Entrance K for Blow Up Indoor XXL or Entrance G for Blow Up Indoor Kids. After the mandatory instruction you are ready to jump!

Is there a guarded cloakroom?

At Blow Up Indoor - Brabanthallen we offer lockers, these cost € 4.50 for a locker.

Can I go on the track with shoes?

The air cushions are only accessible on socks. Wearing sturdy and thick socks is mandatory, these are not provided on site.

With a Blow Up Indoor XXL or Blow Up Indoor Kids ticket, can I move between the halls?

Unfortunately due to the corona measures this is not possible or permitted to ensure the safety of all visitors.

What kind of clothes should I wear?

We advise you to put on clothes in which you can move smoothly. Think of sportswear. A piece of clothing with zippers is handy, so you can't lose things on the way. Furthermore, you go on the track with your own socks.

How long before the money is back in my account?

From the moment we let you know that it has been processed by us, it takes about 20 working days before it is back on the account. Working days are from Monday to Friday.
The refunds are provided by our ticket partner CM, Blow Up Indoor has no insight or influence on this.

What are the rules about Corona?

Rules that always apply are: stay at home in case of complaints, wash your hands regularly, reserve your cards in advance and everyone over 18 years of age keeps a 1.5 meter distance.

Can I keep enough distance?

The activity counsellors ensure a safe jumping environment and through-flow within spaces and objects. In order to guarantee your and our safety, we ask you to take your place in the designated areas and, if necessary, to move somewhere else in the event of a rush.

Do I have to wear a mouth cap?

Around the course we strongly advise you to wear a mouth cap. Our employees do the same. It is not allowed to wear a mouth shield on the obstacles themselves. Blow Up Indoor is a sports activity and wearing a mouth mask can be dangerous while climbing and clambering. There are also disinfection columns in all rooms.

What about hygiene?

We disinfect important contact points and provide extra cleaning. We have central disinfection points and in addition we offer our staff personal protection materials.

Is your staff trained in 1.5-meter measures?

Yes, it is! Our employees are trained in hygiene measures and hospitality in the new society, so they can ensure that you can carry out your favourite activities carefree and safe. Where necessary, employees are provided with personal protective equipment (e.g. gloves, goggles and mouth caps).
